THE DELICACIES SHOP
Kwint is a lot more than just a degustation room, it also is a refined shop which has the feeling to combine land and sea. On one side of the shop you have the racks with a wide range of products containing the sensual flavour of truffle and their noble friends the boletus mushrooms : risotto with summer truffle, tagliatelle tartuffata, polenta with boletus, olive oil spray with truffle aroma …
On the other side of the shop you will find tins guaranteed rich in spindrift : tureen of scallops with caviar, rillettes of smoked salmon, sea urchin coral mousse, fish soup with lobster, superior sardines, Riga sprat …
In between you will find a cooling counter with fish eggs, caviar, foie gras and blinis, Norwegian, Scottish and Baltic salmon, fresh or preserved truffle, tuber estivum or tuber melanosporum, lomo iberico and pata negra ham.
